We couldnʻt be prouder to have learned that Ethan Yang, C/O 2025, won not only the Regional district of Voice of Democracy, but his entry was the best in the State!
Ethan departed last week for an all expense paid trip to Washington D.C. along with the other state winners sponsored by the Veterans of Foreign Wars. At a special ceremony Ethan received the Roy Chandler VFW post 762 Auxiliary Scholarship. The state representatives also toured Washington D.C and make new friends from around the nation.
Ethan was surprised that he was the first state winner from Kaiser High and - watch out - he can't wait to apply again next year!
